Purchase Options Policy (Subscription & Pre-order)
1. Subscriptions (Auto-Refill) By selecting our "Subscribe & Save" option, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Your payment method will be charged the agreed-upon price plus any applicable shipping fees.

No Hidden Fees: There are no minimum purchase obligations or cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy (EU & US Compliant): You have full control over your subscription. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

How to Cancel:

Option A: Log in to your account on our website and click "Manage Subscriptions."

Option B: Use the direct link provided in your subscription confirmation email.

(Note for German/EU Customers: This complies with the "Cancellation Button" regulation.)

Returns on Subscriptions: If your subscription order has already been shipped, it is subject to our standard Return Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened packages cannot be returned.
2. Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or in production.

Payment: To secure your inventory, your payment method will be charged immediately at checkout unless otherwise noted.

Estimated Shipping: The expected shipping date is displayed on the product page. If production delays occur, we will notify you via email with a new estimated date.

Cancellation Rights: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been shipped. Please contact support@atmenwald.com to request a cancellation.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately or wait until all items are available, depending on standard shipping practices.
