How long can I wear the nasal strips?

In theory, you can wear your nasal strip until it falls off. We recommend wearing it for up to 12 hours. If a rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Each strip is for single use only - do not reapply; use a new nasal strip.

Will it help with my snoring?

Nasal strips help reduce snoring by opening the nasal passages and improving breathing. However, note that snoring can also have other causes, ranging from sleep position to weight gain.

How do nasal strips work?

Nasal strips work by gently opening the nasal passages. The structure of the strip creates a light pull that draws the nostrils apart. This helps to improve airflow, make breathing easier, and reduce snoring.

What about for sports?

Nasal strips can support athletes by widening the nasal passages and optimizing breathing. The improved air supply increases oxygen uptake, which can promote endurance and performance during sports.

Why nasal breathing?

Nasal breathing is essential for our health because the nose filters, humidifies, and warms the air we inhale. Unlike mouth breathing, it supports oxygen supply, prevents the entry of pollutants, and promotes the release of nitric oxide. This contributes to better blood circulation and overall physical performance

I am still snoring.

Although nasal strips can be effective, there are various causes such as sleep position, weight gain, or anatomical factors. The strip may not address all individual triggers of snoring, and a more comprehensive examination might be necessary.

Who should not use a nasal strip?

Children under 5 years of age or people with latex allergies should not use the nasal strips. The packaging is sealed with natural rubber latex, which can cause allergic reactions. The strips are made with a medical-grade adhesive. Do not use them on sores, sunburned, or irritated skin.

What problems do nasal strips help with?

If you snore, have trouble sleeping, wake up with a dry mouth, or want to optimize your workout. If you suffer from allergies, sinus problems, a deviated septum, or other issues that make breathing difficult, AtmenWald can be a great help to you.
